Inclusive charge with no hidden costs
Our charges for British Sign Language Interpreters and Language Service Professionals include the professional fee, travel expense, subsistence and administration charge*. Not only are there no hidden costs, we provide a discount of over 8% for online requests, volume discounts for frequent users and permanent reductions for contract customers. The services we provide are subject to our stated Terms & Conditions (PDF). These T&Cs form part of our Contract (PDF). These documents govern the way in which the service operates and is delivered.
The ‘Referrer’ must agree to the T&Cs when making a request and the ‘Funder’ must sign and return the Service Contract prior to service delivery. By accepting the service, you accept the T&Cs and Service Contract conditions.
You can evaluate the service delivered by completing a Feedback Form (PDF). We trust that you will be satisfied with the service, however if there is an issue you may complete a Complaint Form (PDF).
An invoice will be sent within 14 days of the completion of the assignment, which should be paid within 28 days. You may pay be cheque, BACS, online banking or by credit card. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Switch, Solo and American Express.
